Known as the Fixed Roof (Veranda), this system is a structure that can be installed on top of open areas such as winter gardens, terraces, and balconies. The first step is creating the aluminum skeleton. Once the roof skeleton is completed, frames are made using insulated composite, sandwich panels, or insulated glass. These panels are mounted by placing them on aluminum joinery, using suitable materials and accessories to ensure water insulation.
Fixed roofs are increasingly preferred in homes as well as commercial spaces. This structure is used in restaurants, cafes, winter gardens, and terrace coverings, and special designs are made according to the application area and customer’s wishes. Additionally, it is guaranteed against water ingress and rust.
The Composite Roof system has various technical features. Specially designed 100×160 aluminum profiles are used as the carrier. For coating, it can be painted or coated in the desired wood pattern with lamination coating or transfer printing paint. Special design aluminum SKY50 is used for the roof detail. The vertical coating can be done with folding glass insulated sliding or guillotine systems to cover the front and side facades. The front gutter and trough are made of specially designed aluminum profiles, and by connecting the supporting leg profiles to the trough profile, the supporting leg profile also serves as a gutter.
