Sliding Glass Systems
Overview
The system uses 8 mm glass and 4+12+4 mm tempered insulated glass. A grille can be applied inside the insulated glass.
Each panel has 2 sliding wheels.
The bearings used in the system are custom-made, with each wheel consisting of 2 bearings.
The upper frame has double-sided gaskets against dust and wind. The system is bottom-supported with 4+12+4 mm double-sided tempered glass. The locking mechanism features a handle system that can be locked with a key. The aluminum profile and plastic connection elements provide a sliding motion through a special profile that interlocks with each other. It is designed to be more insulated, aesthetic, and secure compared to other sliding systems on the market.
The maximum usable height is 270 cm.
The width of the panels to be used is 130 cm.
Blinds can be applied to the panels (the blinds move with the panels). The system has a bottom-supported rail profile with a threshold. The side covers of the system prevent the passage of air, water, and wind through a special aluminum profile. When the system is closed, it becomes more secure with a keyed handle system thanks to the special profile. The silicone used contains an anti-bacterial additive that prevents bacterial growth.
You can create a maximum viewing area on your balconies with wide glass panels. It is an excellent solution for winter gardens and office partitions due to its ease of use and low threshold design. Depending on your preference for single or double glass applications, you can adjust the insulation in your balcony or winter garden within optimal values.
