Overview

• It is the world’s first fully automatic movable/openable, sun-shading, and LED lighting integrated bioclimatic pergola ceiling system.
• The bioclimatic pergola system adds an aesthetic and modern look to outdoor areas such as villas, restaurants, hotels, and cafes. Designed to adapt to any outdoor space, it offers perfect visual and thermal comfort to the space.
• All profile components used in the system are ALUMINUM.
• The aluminum profiles used in the system have the properties of 6063 – T6 F25 (7580 Brinell Hardness).
• The most important feature of the system is that the lamellas have grooves within themselves to prevent dust, water, etc., from falling down during the movement of the lamellas.
• The system can be installed flat or inclined as needed. Water ingress is prevented without any inclination due to the four-sided gutter. Water is drained from the front leg profiles.
• The panels work axially and have the ability to retract when needed. (This feature is important for providing ventilation and shading simultaneously.)
• Aluminum lamellas used in the system can cause darkness inside, so glass panels are used intermittently to provide lighting. (Optional)
• Metal accessories are first galvanized and then electrostatically powder-coated. The lamellas move smoothly and quietly thanks to 628 ZZ stainless steel bearings.
• Panels should be able to open at a minimum angle of 105 degrees. (Important for blocking sunlight coming from the facade)
• The opening-closing movement of the ceiling cover can be operated with a remote control and optionally controlled by Android or Apple devices. (Four-season comfort is provided optionally with rain, sun, and wind sensors.)
• All aluminum profiles are painted with electrostatic powder coating technology.
• The mechanism moves with a T-10 timing belt between the motor and the movable mechanism.
• The screws used in the system are chrome-plated stainless steel.
• Flange application screws should be M8*80 steel dowels with sleeves and galvanized coating. (To prevent damage to floor insulation)
• The seals to be used in the system are EPDM, resistant to heat.
• For thermal insulation, 20 Dens foam is used inside the lamellas (optional), and watertight adhesive is used for water insulation.
• The system has a 2-year motor and 2-year mechanical warranty.
• Each system module consists of vertical and horizontal support profiles. Vertical main supports should be 128*170*3 mm, and horizontal main supports should be 128*170*3 mm in size.
• The system modules have static properties to withstand 50kg+25kg/m² distributed load and 50kg/m² wind load.
• Night lighting is provided with hidden LED applications on all four sides of the system. The power can be adjusted with a dimmer light receiver.
